P.P. (POLYPROPYLENE)

Polypropylene is a linear polymer composed of repeating units of propylene monomers. The chemical formula for polypropylene is (C3H6)n, where "n" represents the number of repeating units.

PP polymer is classified as a thermoplastic because it can be melted and re-melted multiple times without undergoing significant chemical changes. This property makes it highly processable and allows for various manufacturing techniques like injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, and thermoforming.

Polypropylene exhibits several desirable physical properties, including high stiffness, excellent chemical resistance, low density (making it lightweight), good fatigue resistance, and high heat resistance. It also has a low moisture absorption rate and is resistant to moisture, water, and many solvents.
